The Law on Broadcasting mentions only the basic “events of major importance for society” that TV must broadcast on a nationwide open air. The Regulation does not apply beginning in Poland on August 30 volleyball World Cup, for which the law has Polsat (open channel will only inaugural match Poles), as entered into force long after the championship. The European Commission is addressing the matter of three months.
