Jekielek already presided over the council in 2011-2014. In addition to his internship with the previous term are: Leszek Rowicki and Tadeusz Kowalski (he was also a member of the supervisory board of TVP in 2003-2006). The supervisory board of TVP sit furthermore elected by the National Council of Radio Broadcasting and Television Marzena Barańska and Julius Maliszewski, and designated by the Minister of the Treasury Richard Skrzypczak and designated by the Minister of Culture Lech Jaworski (Board member 1997-2001).
The term of office Supervisory Board is three years. For its prerogatives to choose the board of TVP – current term ends in April next year.
