PSL activist detained by the CBA – Television Republic

The former head of the parliamentary office and activist John Bury PSL Podkarpaciu Boguslaw P. was stopped by the CBA on suspicion of corruption.

According to the Radio Zet, along with former parliamentary office Bury, officers also arrested two businessmen from Krakow, suspected of stealing grant worth 63 million dollars.

Boguslaw P. had to take PLN 350 thousand bribes in exchange for getting a grant from the Polish Agency for Enterprise. Two arrested entrepreneurs turn heard allegations of fraud.

As said Jacek Dobrzynski, a spokesman for the CBA, all indications are that entrepreneurs prepared and presented unreliable and untrue documentation attesting to obtain grants for projects carried out by them .

– This resulted in the award decision on more than 63 million, of which 16 million has already been paid – Dobrzyński said.
