Contents of the report:

The Board of ATM GROUP SA announces that the Company and its subsidiaries have entered into with Telewizja Polsat Sp. with .o.o. in the period from the date of publication of the previous, the same report, the current ie. from 4 September 2014. contracts which together meet the criterion of significant contract ie. the total value of EUR 22 533 thousand. zł, which exceeds 10% of the equity of the Company. The contracts concern among production of television programs, provision of technical services and rentals related to television production, the fees for licensing the emission of television programs, etc. ready. The highest value is the agreement of 26 November 2014. on the implementation of a series of episodes “First Love”. The value of this contract is 5 897 thousand. zł. The terms of this agreement obligating the company liability for damages for failure to deliver on time and sections for technical defects of the material. The value possible to impose penalties may exceed 10% of the contract value. Accurate indication of the maximum level of penalties is not possible, because it is dependent on the number of days of a delay in the delivery of the company, on the scheduled dates, the next episodes of the program, as well as the technical defects in the delivered material. The penalty in the case of a one-day delay in the delivery section of the program may reach 7 thousand. zł. This means that exceeded possible to impose penalties than the equivalent of 10% of the value of the contract was the occurrence of more than 84 days the total number of days of delay in the delivery of the ordered series of episodes in the program. Payment of penalties does not exclude the right to claim damages exceeding the amount of the penalties.
