Almost a quarter of the TV receives digital terrestrial television today – according to a survey by TNS Polish TVP. The process of digitization of television ended in July this year.

Today majority of households (74 percent). has one television. Some TVs can be found in every fifth home, wherein usually there are two receivers. TV in a home or apartment does not have a 3 per cent. respondents.
According to the survey, most (61 percent). televisions connected to digital terrestrial television does not have a built-in tuner and receives a signal using a decoder installed additionally. One in five people admitted that due to the digitization lost the ability to receive terrestrial television. Also, one in five can not tell if she lost the signal because I did not depriving earlier terrestrial TV. 60 percent. answered that they retained the ability to receive.
